From the Fort Morgan Times:
The rebates would amount to about 25 percent of the cost of the fixture replacements, according to David Callahan, the city’s director of community development. They would include:
• $50 per fixture to replace metal halide lighting with high-output fluorescent high bay lighting.
• $15 per fixture to replace any “T12” fluorescent light fixture with T8 or T5 lighting with electronic ballast.
• $30 per fixture to replace 400-watt or greater mercury vapor lights with high-pressure sodium, and $20 per fixture for the same replacement of fixtures less than 400 watts.
• $10 per fixture to replace incandescent exit signs with LED versions.
